Maintaining visual consistency across multiple products
While the overall design direction was clear, the challenge lay in unifying multiple products under a single brand aesthetic. The goal of this project was to align the design of consumer app, admin app, driver app and merchant app. This invloved desgining the logos and the app screen previews in order to push the apps to the App store and Google Play store.
Exploring the design scope
The project covered a wide range of design areas, from interface and motion design to branding and content refinement. It began with establishing the app’s onboarding visuals and splash animation, followed by creating store preview designs optimized for both mobile and tablet formats. I also worked on refining the brand identity, designing the admin panel dashboard from scratch and preparing content assets for the website.
Onboarding screens and visual setup
The onboarding screens served as the first interaction users had with the app, highlighting its core features and purpose through a clean, slider-based layout. Here we finalized the brand’s visual direction defining the primary font pairings and colors that would later extend across other parts of the app.
Introducing motion to the brand experience
To make the app feel more dynamic and polished, I designed a short splash animation using After Effects and exported it via Lottie for seamless in-app playback. The animation appears briefly when users open the app, reinforcing brand recognition through motion.
Crafting multi-device store previews
I designed the App Store and Play Store preview images while following the proper guidelines to successfully publish the app. The focus was on maintaining clarity and consistency across different screen ratios while ensuring a strong first impression for potential users.
Along with refining the existing logo, I created app icons for both the consumer and admin apps. This process involved carefully following the platform-specific design and export guidelines for iOS and Google Play to ensure optimal clarity and scalability across all device sizes.
Creating a clear and responsive admin experience
The goal was to make management tasks easy to navigate while maintaining a clean, consistent interface that reflected the app’s design system. I designed the layouts optimized for both mobile and tablet and also supports light and dark modes, each carefully balanced for contrast, legibility and visual comfort.
Delivering a cohesive and polished experience
The updated designs successfully unified the brand across mobile and tablet. The introduction of consistent typography, color and iconography created a visually connected ecosystem that elevated user trust and brand presence.
Both the consumer and admin apps launched with smooth onboarding with optimized assets for iOS and Android stores. The light and dark mode implementation enhanced usability, while the new logo and app icons established a stronger digital identity.
